INFORMATION FOR DONORS
The Fund continues to welcome further donations, and those who wish to contribute to the fund are invited to send their donations to the Treasurer, Prof. Jonathan Prag, Merton College, Oxford OX1 4JD (e-mail: treasurer @ thomaswiedemann.org.uk). Cheques should be made out to 'Thomas Wiedemann Memorial Fund'.
The fund is a registered charity (no 1091203) and so we are able under the Gift Aid rules to reclaim tax at the basic rate from donations by UK tax-payers who have indicated their willingness for their gift to be treated as a Gift Aid donation. We would therefore be grateful if UK donors would accompany their gift with a statement giving their name and home address and indicating their willingness for tax to be reclaimed, preferably by using the Donation Form below. Higher-rate tax-payers may claim higher-rate relief on Gift Aid donations by completing the appropriate section of their Self-Assessment return.
