These pages (those starting http://users.ox.ac.uk/~admn1634) are a series of temporary pages used to test out various requirements outside of a CMS. For example, a table may not be displaying properly on the University website. By adding the table here, I can check whether the incorrect display is caused by the table itself, or the additional styling the CMS adds.
As implied above, these pages are not intended for public consumption. However, I cannot use robots.txt to block search engines indexing them as I do not have access to the root level of users.ox.ac.uk.
