Sprint Ergo Competition
A competition on Concept II rowing
machines will be held near the Regatta Finish at Long Bridges. The competition is open to all comers (including
spectators), with separate competitions for rowers and non-rowers*.
Medals will be awarded
to those who row furthest
in 1 minute within the following categories:

Juniors - for both boys and girls:
Medals awarded for ages:
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17-18

Seniors - for both male and female:
Medals awarded for ages:
19-31, 32-36, 37-43, 44-50, 51-55, 56-60,
61-65, 66-70, 71-75

*** T-shirts and 1 year's free social
membership of City of Oxford Rowing Club will be awarded to each of
the fastest overall male and female competitor of the weekend ***
To enter, just turn up at the Ergo Tent on the
day!
£1 a go, as many goes as you like!
*Non-rowers
will be asked to sign a declaration stating that they are fit to
undertake vigorous exercise and that they take part in the competition
at their own risk.
