Join us for an evening of vinous pleasure and gastronomical delight. Charles Crawford MW will be hosting a beginner's guide to Loire wines, followed by a sumptuous three-course dinner of regional French cuisine. Chapel Down (http://www.chapeldownwine.co.uk) is the largest and most successful English wine producer, situated in Kent. Their award winning wines are excellent proof that quality wine can be made in the UK. Carl Koenen will be joining us for the evening to present their excellent range. 50 places - book online.

Penfolds' (http://www.penfolds.co.uk) Toni Paterson will be talking us through the world of Australian wines, the finest of the 'New World' regions. We are delighted to be hosting the finest and most famous of all Port Houses (http://www.taylor.pt), represented by Nick Adams MW. The evening will consist of an introduction to port, followed by a tutored tasting of a range of Taylor's wines. Make sure you book early! 50 places - book online.

The Médoc Wine Council presents 'Wines of the Médoc'. A truly unique educational event: holding only a handful of U.K. tastings per year we are privileged to be hosting the Médoc Wine Council for an intensive 2 hour tutorial introducing the wines and viticulture of one of France's most prestigious wine regions. 45 places - book online.
blind tasting with the revelstoke wine company
8th Week Thursday (8th March) 8.15pm
New Rooms, Magdalen College
After the fun and success of last term's event, Marc Gerrard will be returning to host another blind tasting. This is an excellent opportunity to practice your tasting skills and learn different wine and grape styles. 50 places. To reserve a place please send a cheque for £4 to James Warbrick-Smith at Magdalen College. Guests and non-members are welcome for this event. The non-member charge is £6.
