About Me

I am a fellow of Balliol College, Oxford and the Waynflete Professor elect of Metaphysical Philosophy at the University of Oxford (this is an interim position, until I take up the full Waynflete chair in October 2016). My main areas of research are Philosophy of Logic and Language, Metaphysics, and Epistemology but I have also done some work in Philosophy of Mathematics and (in the more distant past) on Aristotle.

I completed a BSc (2002) in Philosophy, Mathematics, and Computer Science in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and received a BPhil (2004) and DPhil (2007) from the University of Oxford.
