My main role within the Bodleian Digital Library is the co-ordination of its metadata services. I maintain its metadata and encoding frameworks and am responsible for the standards and interoperability focus of the digital resources (digital surrogates, electronic text, finding aids etc.) created. To this end I consult with academics, librarians, and researchers involved in the creation or migration of metadata to advise, analyse requirements, train, and manage the process.
