Highlights for MT 2010

Weekly Event -- We will meet every Tuesday for Lunch in St. Antony's College 12:45 and Wednesday eather for drinks with other societies or to watch movies 7:00pm. Please follow our News letter for details. 

(05/03) Brazilian Carnival -- the Brazilian and Italian societies will bring the famous tropical spirit and exciting Samba music to shake CAMARE. For more details click here

    The objectives of OUBS (following its constitution):

  • Ascertain the members that they will always have a place in Oxford where they can celebrate and experience the best of the Brazilian culture and people.

  • Promote social, academic, cultural and political events to gather people with similar interests.

  • Promote and debate about the Brazilian reality related with social, economic, political and cultural aspects.

  • Enhance interactions among Brazilian students, the Brazilian community in Oxford and other overseas communities.

  • Promote the articulation of the interests of Brazilian postgraduate students and researchers residing in Oxfordshire through association to adequate organisms.

  • Have a great time!
