OxFizz, a pioneering social enterprise set up by three recent Oxford graduates, raises money for charity in a unique way. We provide educational support (practice interviews and private tuition) for young people – with a twist. Our interviewers and tutors volunteer their time, and profits go to charities of their choice and our bursary programme for disadvantaged students.

We’re on the hunt for three dedicated and creative individuals to join our team as Coordinators heading up our Volunteers, Sales & Marketing and Events. The positions offer a unique chance to support hundreds of young people, work with 200 volunteers and generate £100,000 for charity while also supporting less advantaged university applicants. Substantial learning and development opportunities will be offered, so this is a brilliant opportunity for anyone interested in taking that first step into charity or social enterprise.

Salary: £16,000 pro rata (July-December 2011)
