NORTH WALES HUTS

It is traditional to stay in a hut when we visit North Wales. This is a good plan because there are several huts available to us within close proximity of climbing and pubs, plus they make for more exciting evenings and more comfortable nights!

A hut is usually a converted barn or house that can sleep many people and provides toilet and kitchen facilities. Beds are not provided: rollmats and sleeping bags are definitely required!

Coetmor Mill

Our hut of preference. Very spaceous, with a drying room in the cellar; although remember to feed the electricity meter opposite the stairs that go down to it!

Bryn Brethynau Climbing Barn

We sometimes hire out the North London's Mountaineering Club's barn
