Currently, I am an EPSRC-funded Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at University of Oxford, working on the EPSRC Project - Mobile Robotics: Enabling a Pervasive Technology of the Future, led by Prof. Marta Kwiatkowska, Prof. Niki Trigoni, and Prof. Paul Newman.
From March 2014 to May 2017, I was an ARC-funded PhD student in School of Computer Science at The University of Adelaide under the supervision of Prof. Michael Sheng. I also did a six-month research intern (June - Nov. 2015) in Internet of Things Tech Center (GreenOrbs), Tsinghua National Laboratory for Information Science and Technology (TNLIST), Tsinghua University. I obtained my Master degree (Sep. 2010 - June 2013) in Control Science and Engineering (Supervised by Prof. Hui Peng) and my Bachelor degree (Sep. 2006 - June 2010) in Automation, both from Central South University (CSU), Changsha, China. I also worked as a Control System Engineer in Institutes of Optics and Electronics at Chinese Academy of Sciences before my PhD.
My research interests lie in: (i) Verification and Safety on Deep Learning; (ii) Ubiquitous and Mobile Computing; and (iii) Machine Learning and Its Applications in Human-Centered Computing and Sensor Data Analytics.
