Welcome. I am an assistant professor at Centennial College, Hong Kong, and a doctoral candidate in politics at St. Antony’s College, the University of Oxford. My research interests include language politics, political institutions, ethnic conflicts, China, and housing policies. Funded by Swire Educational Trust, my doctoral research explores mechanisms of institutional change and language politics in China.
Previously I was awarded a China Research Award from the University of Oxford and a Lord Fulton Memorial Prize from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and was a visiting student at the University of California, Berkeley. My latest article is “Defining Correctness: The Tale of the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary,” forthcoming in Modern China.
If you need any more information please contact me.
