Is there a transcription font I can use with Hebrew and other semitic languages?

I have located a transcription font suitable for Windows which should contain the characters you require. The font in question, SPAtlantis, is available from the Scholars Press FTP site at ftp://scholar.cc.emory.edu/pub/fonts/windows/
