CETEDOC Index of Latin Forms

Description: The Index contains a thesaurus of latin forms, split into four chronological periods. The four periods are the Latin of Antiquity from its origins to the second century A.D.; the Latin corresponding to the Patristic period; Medieval Latin, that is from 735 to 1500; and Neo-Latin of literature from 1500 to the present. The database permits access to information on the first occurrence of a linguistic form in Latin, all the works in which it appears, the authors who use it, its frequency of occurrence throughout the centuries and so on. New data will be added at intervals.
