Supporting the Arts & Humanities
[UK-Hum-IT Logo]
with Information Technology

UK-Hum-IT was established in 1998 to provide a means of initiating collaboration between the varied and numerous centrally-funded projects which have both a significant element of C&IT and direct their efforts towards the humanities. Although the core of UK-Hum-IT is a closed Mailbase list, it was decided to put together a Web page which gave some idea of the range of projects and services available and attempt to categorise them according to subject area. The subject classification below is roughly based on the RAE units of assessment and those established by the Arts & Humanities Research Board. Please address all comments and suggestions to the group's current co-ordinator, Michael Fraser, CTI Textual Studies (email: mike.fraser@oucs.ox.ac.uk).
