Jun Li Ph.D.

Biography

Dr Jun Li is a Research Associate at the CRUK/MRC Oxford Institute for Radiation Oncology within the University of Oxford’s Department of Oncology. He works for Dr. Mike Partridge's Imaging Group, specialized in data management and medical image processing including texture analysis and fractal analysis. He is also interested in Radiology Information Systems development, kinetics modelling and radiotherapy planning optimization.

As a multi-disciplinary researcher Dr Li has a wealth of experience in the field of Computer Science, Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Information Theory and Climate Change and Economics. He worked for Bank of China for nine years as a lead programmer, and then LondonMet University in Artificial Intelligence and University of Cambridge in climate change and economics modelling for three years respectively as Research Associate. He is also a member of Intelligent Systems Research Centre (ISRC) at LondonMet and the charity Disability Essex in Rochford.
