Oxford University Italian Society

About Us

The Oxford University Italian Society is the hub for Oxonian interest in Italy, and aims at furthering appreciation of Italian culture and style among members of the University.

Each term we organize a large number of events, widely appreciated among italians as well as people from other countries which are interested in our beautiful culture.

Aside from trying to give a contribution in improving the image of our country, our events are intended to offer help and advice to all our fellow italians feeling homesick or settling in their new life in Oxford.

So whether you are fascinated by our culture or you are just missing your country and want to meet a very funny and outgoing group of italians, you are welcome to join our society and we are looking forward to seeing you at our events!

If you want to be updated on all our events you can join our mailing list by following this link: http://eepurl.com/wv0F5

All our events are open to non-members as well as to members; but please keep in mind that it is members' subscriptions which keep the Society going! It is possible to purchase a membership at any of the Society's events, or by emailing italy.society@studentclubs.ox.ac.uk with your name, College, course of study, and choice for the membership.

Current membership rates are as follows:
