Notes

For option FB we do not provision any accounts. Existing accounts will get a month's grace period before being removed. The 'FB' card record is not on the database so you can't look these people up.

For option FR we provision an SSO account and a Nexus mailbox. Affiliation is set to 'retfr' and email address to first.last@retired.ox.ac.uk . The card type is 'FR' in the database.

For option FS we provision an SSO account and Nexus mailbox. Affiliation is set to the specified college or department, and email address to first.last@unit.ox.ac.uk . The card type is 'FS' in the database.

You will notice that there is nothing about whether holders of a Retiree's card should be able to register for a remote access account or purchase software licences.
