Welcome to the home of JazzSoc, Oxford University's best (and only...) jazz society. JazzSoc is the place to be for anyone who enjoys relaxing with good music and good company (i.e. everyone), whilst providing a hub for like-minded jazzers within Oxford to meet and create music together. JazzSoc hosts weekly jam sessions on Tuesdays starting at 8.30pm, which usually kick off with performances by special guest musicians (see What's On), and continue until the wee hours. These are open to both student and non-student alike, so get yourself there and don't miss out!
JazzSoc is brought to you in association with Copa of Oxford, and can be found in the function room upstairs every Tuesday (during term time) from 8.30pm, with continental beer on tap, classy cocktails on offer and a tasty menu to sample. Copa is situated in the heart of Oxford's entertainment district on George Street, opposite the New Theatre. Visit www.copaofoxford.co.uk for more info.
