I am a 3rd year DPhil (PhD) student in the department of Computer Science at University of Oxford. I am supervised by Prof. Andrew Simpson and co-supervised by Prof. Andrew Martin. My current research spans around privacy-preserving distributed data mining, secure multi-party computation and trusted computing. More specifically, I am focusing on establishing privacy-preserving algorithms and approaches using Intel's Software Guard Extensions. Before joining Oxford, I got a master's degree (with distinction) and a bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Engineering from Graz University of Technology. During my last year, I spent 6 months in the COSIC group at Catholic University of Leuven performing my master's thesis.

Research

Currently, I'm interested in differential privacy, privacy-preserving distributed data mining, secure multi-party computation and trusted computing. Earlier, I was working on cryptanalysis, authenticated encryption, provable security and efficient implementation of cryptographic algorithms.
