Alternative splicing in cancer - Completed a six months research project on alternative splicing in epithelial to mesenchymal transitions. We used fluorescent splicing reporters to look for modulators of this process.
Spatial Navigation - Completed a nine months research project on rodent goal-directed navigation. We aimed to study how hippocampal replay contributes to learning and flexible behaviour in complex environments.
Associative memory - Contributed to a study on the effects of sleep and reward on associative memories in humans. We aimed to study how these factors change the neural represention of information organised in a graph network structure.
