The conference addresses the theme of Dickens’s Style. Speakers will focus on a variety of topics, but all the papers will be united by careful consideration of Dickens’s imaginative writing style. They will recognise and demonstrate that, for the critic, what Dickens writes about is properly inseparable from the way he writes it.
