Roderick Bagshaw is a Tutor and Fellow in Law at Magdalen College, Oxford. He teaches Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Evidence Law and Tort Law. He is the co-author of McBride and Bagshaw, Tort Law (4th ed 2012), and a contributor to Phipson on Evidence and Butterworths Common Law Series: Tort (2nd ed 2007).
