Forthcoming Book on C. S. Lewis
McGrath's latest project is a new biography of C. S. Lewis, which will be published in 2013, marking the 50th anniversary of his death. Although the work will try to do justice to Lewis on every front, it will focus on his role as an apologist, especially in the postmodern context. This will be followed by a more academic work on Lewis, looking more closely at his intellectual development and significance as a public intellectual. The findings of this scholarly book will be incorporated into the biography.
