Alister McGrath delivered the 2009-10 Hulsean Lectures at the University of Cambridge on the general theme of "Darwinism and the Divine: Evolutionary Thought and Natural Theology".The titles of individual lectures were as follows:

Lecture 2, 27 October The Darwinian challenge to natural theology

Lecture 3, 3 November Design in Darwinian Perspective

Lecture 4, 10 November Suffering in Darwinian Perspective

Lecture 5, 17 November Creation in Darwinian Perspective

Lecture 6, 24 November Darwinism and the Future of Natural Theology

An expanded edition of these lectures was published in February 2011, entitled Darwinism and the Divine: Evolutionary Thought and Natural Theology. Oxford: Wiley-Blackwell, 2011.
