New procedure for applying to multiple programmes of study.

The university now has a new procedure which enables applicants to a DTP or DTC, to apply for up to two related programmes of study without having to pay a seperate application fee for each one.  A list of the Env-Res related programmes is available on the application procedures page of this website.  Applicants who already had an application form open for completion received the following email alert from Graduate Admissions and Funding on Tuesday 17th December.

Where Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs) or Doctoral Training Partnerships (DTPs) have associated non-CDT DPhil programmes, it is possible to submit up to two additional applications for these related courses without paying additional application fees.  Since you are in the process of completing an application for a course with associated programmes, you may wish to consider also applying for these.

Please check which courses you are permitted to apply for based on your current application at www.graduate.ox.ac.uk/courses.  If you decide that you do wish to apply for any related programmes, please contact Graduate Admissions and Funding (www.graduate.ox.ac.uk/cdtwaiver) to request a fee waiver.  However, please note that you cannot apply to more than one non-CDT DPhil programme within a set of associated programmes without paying further application fees.

Applicants wishing to make multiple applications for programmes which are not included among the accepted combinations for your original application will need to pay a separate fee for each application.

Yours sincerely,

Graduate Admissions and Funding
