GRADUATE SEMINAR IN ECONOMICS AND POLITICAL ECONOMY OF LATIN AMERICA

The aim of this seminar, which will take place every other Thursdays during Trinity term 2010, is to encourage the presentation of work from second-year MPhil students and DPhil students working on Economics or Political Economy issues related to Latin America and the Caribbean. We would also like to encouarage participants to suggest outside speakers who they would like to invite and other potential activities.

During MT2010 term, the seminar will take place from 1pm to 2pm in seminar 1 at the Department of International Development on Thursdays of weeks 2, 6 and 8 and on Wednesday of week 4.

The seminar is co-organised by Professor Valpy FitzGerald and Dr Diego Sanchez-Ancochea and managed by Gisela Robles-Aguilar.
