Apparently this is not yet (July 30th 1999) on the ARA website so here's the text concerned....
3.1. General3-1-1 ARA StandingOnly competitors who are registered members of the ARA and who are membersof an affiliated rowing club, or who represent a club affiliated to anotherassociation recognised by ARA or FISA, may compete in races and regattasheld under these Rules.Open affiliated rowing clubs may register one additional racing name withthe ARA, to be used by juniors competing in ARA competitions.The purpose of this rule is to provide an acknowledgement by name ofpartnerships and links with local schools and / or local authorities. Allcompetitors using the Registered Junior Racing name must be members of thehost club, who will pay the capitation fee at the current rate for eachperson.The annual fee for a Registered Junior Racing Name will be equal to thecurrent basic club affiliation fee.The entry must be made by the affiliated ARA Club on an ARA Entry form usingthe following wording:XYZ Rowing Club competing asABC Registered Junior Racing Club.
