• Initiator of customer email service for notification of online updates to National Rail Timetable;
• Manager with oversight of ATOC’s sites for: the railway industry and children;
• Secretary to the National Rail Web working group;
• Member of NRE Information Sub-Group, HERO [rail information database] Users’ Group, and of ATOC Disabled Passengers Working Group;
• Designer of National Rail’s Web page of travel arrangements for the Golden Jubilee weekend, which evoked special thanks from the Golden Jubilee Weekend Trust;
• Initiator and designer of the 2001 National Rail online Christmas card, an innovative collaboration of 14 train operating companies.
