Since I'm not a commercial web designer (I should stress thats not the same as "I don't do commercial web sites") I am very informal about the whole thing. I usally design a site and let you fill it with content, and in emails back and forth we can discuss layout, colour scheme's, links and navigation etc. I've done sites for all manner of occasion so browse the site to see some examples, then let me know if anything catches your eye.

All my sites are managed with Dreamweaver, which includes construction, maintanence and uploading. HTML, CSS, PHP, you name it. Images are done on photoshop, and I'm continually working on this. Check out my Deviant Art page for more samples of some of the doodle's I've made.
