I'm a graduate reading for DPhil at the Centre for Doctoral Training in Healthcare Innovation, at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering. I joined the CDT in healthcare innovation program in 2011, as part of my journey back to academia, due to a strong emphasis on the academic aspects as well as the commercial aspects of research in this program. I currently work on finding novel image analysis solutions in order to allow non-experts to easily operate ultrasound machines and interpret such images without requiring an extensive amount training, under the supervision of professor Alison Noble.
I am currently a research student under the supervision of Professor J. Alison Nobel. My project is mainly focused on engineering ultrasound image analysis solutions for resource-constrained areas.
I am also part of Oxford Centre for Affordable Healthcare Technologies (Ox-CAHT), a student lead organization focused in developing affordable medical devices to be used in developing countries.
