BSc.Bioarchaeology 2014-2017 at University of York
MSc.Bioinformatics and Systems Biology 2017-2018 at University of Manchester
Interests
I am interested in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and how has AMR accumulated overtime. I am also interested in personalized medicine and hope to gain skills in computational biology and microbial experimental skills that will allow me to further my research.
Research
Completed a 12-week short project in whether mutation that causes autosomal dominant mutation of the inherited eye diseases are found in unaffected individuals.(University of Manchester)
Completed a 12-week short project in piloting the usage of 100,000 genomes project by creating a step by step guide on how to use the environment.(University of Manchetser)
DPhil research project in Dynamics of Campylobacter and antimicrobial resistance in the food supply chain in the group of Mathematical Ecology Research Group
