How does one make progress ?
We have a highly structured syllabus designed to guide members from
the stage of absolute beginner through to mastery of a wide range of skills.
Like most martial arts, our
is divided into a number of levels and regular tests
are held for each of them. Most members enjoy taking the tests
(for which they are awarded various `belts') but it's quite possible to
train without doing them.
Everyone is encouraged to progress as fast as they are able,
but nobody is pressurized into doing anything they don't feel ready for.
We don't hide any `secret' techniques and you can
learn and train as fast and hard as you're able.
