Eel jang : 1st Hard Form

This SulKiDo hard form consists of 20 movements executed in a `H' shape. This form is learnt once members achieve deputy yellow status. Notation is as for the 6 basic forms, and pictures showing many of the positions can be found via the stance index. The stepping sequence is also available in animated format.
