Mek Cha Gi

These are a set of 15 kicks targetted at vital points, and are learnt by members at deputy blue level. Each one begins with the attacker having left foot forward and the defender in a mirror position with right foot forward. The attacker begins with a right front kick followed by punching with the right fist. The defender responds by blocking the attacks then moving in and countering with the techniques listed below.

12hold with right, outside crescent kick while transferring hold to left
13hold with left, inside crescent kick while transferring hold to right, drop grip, spin anti-clockwise and repeat crescent kick
14inside block with right forearm, high wheel kick
15inside block with right foream, drop into floor-level spinning sweep
