Mek Chi Gi

These are a set of 15 hand strikes targetted at vital points, which must be mastered by members after they pass the deputy blue grading. Each one begins with the attacker having left foot forward and the defender in a mirror position with right foot forward. The attacker begins with a right front kick followed by punching with the right fist. The defender responds by blocking the attacks then moving in and countering with the techniques listed below.
