The Slavic and East European Language Resource Center (SEELRC) offers some Language Resources for Czech. Particularly worthy of note here are two substantial works for linguists provided as Acrobat Reader files: a Case Book of Czech, by Laura A. Janda and Steven J. Clancy, and an Online Czech Grammar, by Laura A. Janda and Charles E. Townsend. The latter is also available as a separate pdf file.
Cz Accent (author Toni Zrůstek), a clever web utility for adding Czech diacritics to plain text (surprisingly accurate - just paste the output into Word etc. and edit).

Owen's Little Czech Primer, picture vocabulary for beginners
A small Czech-English Dictionary for Learners. You can make practice lists, and even add your own new vocabulary. For Windows 98 up to XP.
Download the self-extracting installation file (only 307 KB), double-click on it and follow the easy instructions to install. After installing please read the file Czech_help.txt (XP info added, 25 Nov 2006). See the Freelang website for further information and other dictionaries, including a larger Czech one. (The program is the original work of Tom van der Meijden and Frits van Zanten. The English adaptation is the work of Beaumont, pseudonym of the Freelang webmaster).To run the programme on Linux, under Wine, open it from its own directory with the command LC_ALL="cs_CZ" wine dict. Brown University On-Line Czech Anthology - this site is an annotated anthology of selected texts by Karel Čapek and several other authors. It currently provides 22 texts, accompanied by QuickTime audio files in Czech and other tools for reading.
Bohemica, by Dominik Lukeš, includes a good number of annotated external links and some home-grown resources for learners of Czech.
The Czech Language on WWW, contributions by Czech linguists on features of the language, including its phonetics and non-standard spoken forms, along with a number of rather more lightweight and "fun" items, such as palindromes and tongue-twisters.
