Frank obtained degrees in Physics, Geology and Geophysics at Rhodes University and University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Postgraduate research included mine-induced seismicity and archaeology. This was followed by 19 years of exploration experience with two international mining companies; as chief and principal geophysicist respectively. He has worked in many parts of the world applying and introducing technical solutions for mining exploration.
His computing interest ranges from PC's to UNIX, including 5 years working with AVS Express. Currently a director of IGM Ltd and an international geophysical consultant.
