I am based at Oxford and work for Oxford University Computing Services, currently dividing my time between the Great Writers and What's the Score at the Bodleian? projects. My roles have involved working on different projects and services, such as RunCoCo , OpenSpires, British National Corpus, Oxford Text Archive, OUCS web team and Intute: Arts and Humanities. I am a member of the Faculty of Linguistics, Philology & Phonetics
research

My research so far has been primarily corpus-based. It involves studies on expressions of future in English and work relating to learner language.

presentations
My teaching includes courses in corpus linguistics and the use of corpora and corpus tools for language learning. I have also given courses on finding and using online resources.
