This controls the Piezo stage which moves the Lens in the Z direction
Current Position -
Current position of the piezo stage..
Center - Centres the
stage..
Store - Stores the
current position of the piezo stage.
Goto - Goto the
position indicated.
Z Step - Step size by
which the Z piezo moves.
Close - Closes
this dialog box.
