Two sets of k-tables, compiled in wavelength or wavenumber space from the
Goody-Voigt band data of Bowles et al. (2008). For either wavelengths or 
wavenumbers there should be three sets of files as Bowles et al. released 
three separate band files. However, we have found that the third set contains
numerous 'glitches' that cause our k-table code to fall over. To correct this
would require an extensive reanalysis, and since the Goody-Lorentz version
seems to work better anyway, we have decided to leave this as is.
