Special characters such as accented letters are represented in the text by mnemonics which are delimited by the characters ampersand & and semicolon ; - for example the accented letter e-acute is represented by é and uppercase e-acute is represented by É The identifier for each text consists of a letter indicating the availability code of the text (P, U, A, or X), a hyphen, the text number, another hyphen and another letter (A to E) indicating the size of the text.
