Visits from CTI Textual Studies

Staff from CTI Textual Studies are always open to invitations from departments or faculties related to the subjects supported by the Centre. The length and nature of the visit depends upon the requirements of the department. The Centre can organise a series of presentations for staff lasting a half or full day. Previous subjects of presentations have included introductions to computer-assisted teaching, digital resources for specific subject areas, and general software demonstrations. If the facilities are available then hands-on workshops can also be organised to introduce specific applications or methodologies.

There is no fee charged for a visit though it is the policy of the Centre to reclaim travel and subsistence expenses. Please contact the Centre if you are interested in a visit. Staff can also be invited to participate in conferences and seminars, either presenting a paper or hosting an exhibition stand. Please let us know if there is a forthcoming academic conference which you think would be beneficial for the Centre to attend.
