The Crucible on CD-ROM

Description: The Crucible on CD-ROM presents an extensive range of material relevant to the study of Arthur Miller's play. Over 1,600 screens of text and image are supported by a eighty minutes of film clips. The cast of the Youth Theatre of the Young Vic discuss the performance of the play and there are specially recorded interviews with Arthur Miller. Critical readings of the play and historical background material to the Puritan and McCarthy eras are also provided.

Requirements: Multimedia PC or Apple Macintosh running System 7.0 or later with at least 8 MB of RAM and QuickTime version 1.5 or greater, with CD-ROM drive.
