Chris studied for his MSc at Cambridge University before moving to Oxford University to commence his DPhil under the supervisor of Ben Davis in 2009. Since joining the lab Chris has become known for turning everywhere yellow, deformed fingers, enjoyable Friday mornings, and stealing staples. His research focuses on post-translational modification of proteins using transition metals. Outside the lab, Chris plays a lot of football and rugby for college, and enjoys his music.
