In September 2000 myself and two friends rode mountain bikes down the Karokroum Highway from Islamabad to Passu (just shy of the Chinese border).

These pages describe the trip, they are mostly in the form of my diary notes written up after the trip. except the article on the Kaghan Valley which was written for our college magazine. Hopefully these pages provide both interesting insight into the trip with some useful information for anyone considering something similar.
