I offer my skills in mathematical modelling and machine learning (ML) for biology as a contract service. My expertise is in both sequence and structure based ML and deep learning of proteins. I have industry experience building Python-based applications for protein modelling including leading front-end user interfaces and linux server back-ends to deployment.

Computational Biology and ML Consulting for Isomerase

Currently contracted with Isomerase developing novel sequence-based models. I continue to work with them on their proprietary EvoSelect protein directed evolution software which has successfully been used to generate improved protein sequences.
