I offer my machine learning skills as a contract service. My expertise is in building Python-based applications for protein modelling including front-end user interfaces and linux server back-ends. With my biological and machine learning knowledge from my Masters in Biochemistry and current PhD in computational Immunology at the University of Oxford I help create novel algorithms and implement them for biotech businesses.

Currently contracted with Isomerase developing novel machine learning directed evolution software.
