I offer my machine learning skills as a contract service. My expertise is in building Python-based applications for protein modelling including front-end user interfaces and linux server back-ends. With my biological and machine learning knowledge from my Masters in Biochemistry and current PhD in computational Immunology at the University of Oxford with the Oxford Protein Informatics Group help create novel algorithms and implement them for biotech businesses.

Currently contracted with Isomerase developing novel machine learning software. I continue to develop maintain their proprietary EvoSelect protein directed evolution software which has successfully been used to generate improved protein sequences.
