Hwa-Rang is named after the Hwa-Rang youth group which originated in the Silla Dynasty in the early 7th century. The 29 movements refer to the 29th Infantry Division, where Taekwon-Do developed into maturity.

Moa Junbi Sogi 'C' - Close ready stance C - Hands level with your pubic region
Soojik Sogi - Vertical stance

To pass the grading, you are required to perform the following as a MINIMUM requirement as well as understanding the theory above (You will be required to break while performing striking techniques):

*You will be given a Fine, Medium or Poor grade pending on your performance
