Tuesday 11th December 2012: "Firework displays: explosive entertainment"

Fireworks consultant, author and former chemist Dr Tom Smith explains the basic chemistry and construction of fireworks, and their use in modern fireworks displays. He promises demonstrations (bangs for our buck?) in a fabulous Cafe to send the year 2012 out in style.

Come along and join us at 7:30pm in the Science Oxford Live venue, St Clement's, Oxford. Doors open at 7pm, free access to the SO Live Discovery Zone included during the evening.
