In December 1997, the athletes of Italian Rowing Federation, have voted an athletes-commission, that will continue until 2000.The members are seven and they express proposals in the Federation council meetings.
The voting has produced the following result:

A proposal is emerged, that I'd like to explain to the President of Federal Council, in Rome on 24 January 1998.
