Maidenhead Rowing Club took possesion of their new boathouse on Friday15 May 98.
In is anticipated that the fitting out and bank works still remainingwill take until July to complete. The club hopes to be fully operationalin the new boathouse by the end of July in time for the MaidenheadRegatta in August.
We believe that we now have one of the finest boathouses in the UK andalmost certainly the only one with a lift for full disabled access tothe facilities. This will alow the club to grow and make the sport ofrowing available to many new members in and around the Maidenhead area.
New members are welcome and we have lots of rack space for privatesculling boats.
Details of the new boathouse including photographs are on the MRC website with more pictures and drawings in the photo gallery on the site, which has recently had a face lift.
